Shipping regions
Antarès offers worldwide delivery of products purchased on the website, according to the following breakdown:

- Delivery in mainland France

- Delivery in Europe: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Switzerland

- Delivery to the rest of the world (DROM-COM, Cyprus, Malta, etc.)
Contribution to shipping costs
Selles Occasions require a contribution to shipping costs depending on the destination and type of product ordered.
Weight of a standard order
For a standard order, the weight is 9 kg. It includes:

- One saddle (all disciplines combined)

- Free products

- Glycerin soap and sponge

- Free products
For two saddles with their products offered, the total weight of the order is therefore 18 kg.
For more than two saddles, the order exceeds the weight required for free delivery. The shipping costs are then €60 for mainland France and the European countries listed above.
Returns
The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Exchanges or refunds will be made provided that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition (packaging, accessories, etc.), accompanied by the return form (downloadable below). Any damaged, incomplete, or soiled products cannot be returned or refunded.
During the trial period, and until receipt in the event of return, the customer is responsible for the saddle: any damage, loss, or theft will be at their expense.
The care products must remain unused throughout the trial period; if they are used or damaged, they may be charged.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the products are not suitable. The customer may choose the carrier they wish and reuse the box in which the products were shipped to them.
