SELLES-OCCASIONS.COM is a website that offers used saddles of different brands.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Trial conditions<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

It is possible to try the saddles only in France.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Payment\u00a0: it can take the form of a deposit check, a payment by Paypal or credit card or bank transfer (bank details will be indicated if you choose this option). The deposit check is not cashed until the trial period is over and the customer has indicated to the sales department his wish to keep the saddle.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Terms of sale<\/h2>\n

Price of used saddles<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

The prices of used saddles are net of VAT and are indicated without postage on the site. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. A quotation will bill sent to you for the shipping costs if you wish to buy a saddle.<\/p>\n

Trial<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

The payment of the saddle and the shipping has to be made before shipment. You can pay by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

At receipt of the payment, the saddle will be sent to you. You will receive a copy of the invoice by email.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This will be used as a guarantee voucher (see paragraph 3).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Property of the saddle<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

The saddle remains the property of Antares Distribution until its full payment by the customer.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Transport and responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

The carrier used will depend on the country of delivery.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Antar\u00e8s Distribution is responsible for the saddle until delivery. However, in the case of damages during transport, the customer must make reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and inform Antares Distribution within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Privacy policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Personal and banking information are strictly confidential when purchasing. They will only be used as part of the purchase of the used saddle.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. Guarantees on used saddles<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

All the saddles sold on the selles-occasions.com by Antar\u00e8s website have been overhauled by the Antar\u00e8s workshop and professional saddlers.<\/p>\n

Antar\u00e8s and By Antar\u00e8s saddles come with a \u2018workshop guarantee\u2019 as soon as they have been manufactured:
\n– 5 years for the tree<\/strong>
\n– 2 years for the leathers<\/strong>
\nAll saddles less than 5 years old are still covered by the workshop guarantee.
\nFor example: a July 2023 saddle is guaranteed under the above conditions until June 2028.<\/em><\/p>\n

All saddles sold on the site are covered by the 6-month legal conformity guarantee.<\/p>\n

For Antar\u00e8s and By Antar\u00e8s saddles over 5 years old<\/strong>, a 2-month guarantee<\/strong> applies to the tree and leather, from the date of sale.<\/p>\n

The guarantee includes: breakage of the tree if it is not due to a fall or an accident and abnormal wear of the leather (cutting of the leather).<\/p>\n

The guarantee does not cover: wear due to poor maintenance, accidents involving people or animals.<\/p>\n
