Trial Procedure for Metropolitan France
- If a saddle interests you on the website selles-occasions.com, you can reserve it online by adding it to your cart and confirming your order, or you can contact the sales department of selles-occasions.com by email: chloe@antares-sellier.com or by phone +33 (0)5 46 93 77 35.
- Whichever reservation method you choose, a deposit in the amount of the saddle will be required.
The deposit: it can be in the form of a check, credit card payment, or bank transfer (bank details will be provided if you choose this option). The deposit check is not cashed before the trial period is over and the client has informed the sales department of their wish to keep the saddle.
Transport: we use Geodis for better package tracking. Before the saddle is delivered, you will be contacted by the carrier to inform you of the proposed delivery times. You can modify these times by contacting the carrier. Upon request, we can also send the saddle via Colissimo. - Upon receipt of the saddle, you have 15 days to try it.
- After this period, you let us know if you decide to keep it or return it.
Antarès Distribution offers free shipping for the saddle on the way to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the saddle does not suit them (we recommend using Colissimo for the return, knowing that for a standard jumping saddle of 7-8 kg, without any particular options chosen during shipping, the cost is between 25 to 35€).
If the 15-day period is exceeded without the client notifying us, Antarès Distribution reserves the right to cash the deposit check for the trial saddle.
During the trial, the client is responsible for the saddle: any deterioration, loss, or theft during this period will be at their expense.
