We carefully check the following:

• The Tree: Verification of structural integrity.
• High-Wear Parts: Inspection and replacement of girth straps if necessary.
• Other Unusually Worn Parts: Thorough inspection to ensure the saddle is in excellent condition.

Warranty Duration

From the date of their manufacture, Antarès and By Antarès saddles benefit from a “workshop warranty”:

• 5 years for the tree
• 2 years for the leather

All saddles less than 5 years old are therefore still covered by the workshop warranty.
For example: a saddle from July 2023 is covered under the above conditions until June 2028.

All saddles sold on the site come with a 6-month legal conformity warranty.

For Antarès and By Antarès saddles over 5 years old, a 2-month warranty applies to the tree and leather, starting from the date of sale.

Warranty Conditions

Our warranties apply provided the saddle is stored and maintained appropriately.

Our conditions:

• Storage: The saddle must be stored in a dry place and protected from weather conditions.
• Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the saddle with products specifically designed for leather.
• Usage: Proper use according to the intended purpose of the saddle.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use or accidents.

Here are some examples of exclusions:

• Broken tree due to the horse flipping over.
• Damaged girth straps or flaps caused by a dog.
• Damaged cantle or pommel due to improper storage.
